A BBB investigation revealed that Mr. Linscott is a former employee of Father & Sons Painting in KS. While as an employee of the company, he registered the name Father & Sons Painting across the state line and solicited payment from customers using the name Father & Sons Painting. The BBB requested additional information from Mr. Linscott, but our request has so far gone unanswered.
