    We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Hines. They did an awesome job. They were courteous and professional. They ensured everything was installed properly and worked as it should. They cleaned up after themselves and showed respect for my time and my home. They explained everything and made sure I had no questions or unresolved issues. I got 4 estimates and while they were not the cheapest they were competitively priced. With their experience and recommendation from another HVAC pro I felt comfortable hiring them for this project. I am definitely glad I did.

    We always appreciate hearing positive feedback when we are trusted with with a job. All too often the we only hear when the job doesn't go as planned. This particular customer did bring to our attention by phone that one of our vehicles had a leak of some sort and we had parted in his driveway. He asked that in the future we park on the street in order to help with the cleanliness of the drive. A simple, respectful request which we honored in the future.
