  Hired this pool company early May to complete an inground pool. They said we'd have it long before summer started. Gave them 10% up front (day of signing). They knew at this time my husband was waiting to get paid on a job and that money was to pay for pool. May 21st They called to say we need to dig today or were not going to be able to for awhile. Knowing we had to give them check to hold they came out dug it (in the rain) collected check for another $25962.24 making it a total of $30712.26. They also cut our electric lines at this time. They said they'd pay for it or it would come out of total cost. They left a mess and called everyday to ask if funds were available yet assuring us as soon as it was they'd be out and pool would be completed quickly. Funds were available June 5th. We let them know June 1st it was deposited and just waiting on it to clear. They made no attemp to clean up the mess they left or fence off the huge hole that was right outside my back door. I have 5 kids ages 6-15. This is dangerous. They got money on the 5th of June and next day told us walls are on order and will take 7 days to receive. First time they told us there would be any kind of wait. After a week started contacting them. They would rarely reply and had excuses when they did that the company was backed up now blaming us for the 2 week check hold. A month went by and we had to pump water out of the hole many times cause it kept filling up. We ended up with a swamp out our back door. I threatened to sue and post all over social media. All of a sudden walls are finally in and they bring them out and throw them on the ground while ***** cussed us out the entire time. A week later they come to "clean up" and 2 days last week for 2 -3 hours each time worked on walls. They don't look right and they can't tell us when they are coming back out. I'm very frustrated. We paid 6500 to rerun power lines ourselves during the time they disappeared for a month with our money.

  They showed up after finding out I contacted bbb and decided to take 2 panels out and make our pool smaller. My guess is its a "screw you" to us having contacted BBB. I have photo proof and cameras set up and the 2 panels.

  I've told them to not come back til they agree to put the panels back in. No response.

  Hello sorry this has taken so long. Let me start from the beginning ***** * ***** ******* and there family were a pleasure to meet. We sold them a pool on a special I ran but it was no longer running I made an exception 16x34  $40.000 Then they asked me to hold the check because ***** check from his job hadn't cleared so I held it for a week,I then asked if I could deposit the check,***** then told me that he was at his bank and he needed 2 more signatures to Cash his check,smh never heard of that before but gave him the benefit of doubt so I waited another week We started another pool in that time,At the end of second week I asked ***** if I can deposit it
  ***** then told me he was waiting for his line of credit again smh so my bank called again to see if funds are available to no avail now we want to his bank they told me No Way the fund just aren't here..I called ***** from his bank he told me he had a meeting with his bank the next day so we went to other clients and keep going g on his pool We finally got his check to go thru on June 5th 2025,now I've got 2 pools going plus ***** & ******* pool...So when we went back there ***** dug up a 480 volt powering we were told that it wasn't active .We don't care it's 480 volts...so we send another client of ours to look at wire,he confirms it's dead we return to their pool We were ready for concrete when we were told No to stop this pool until we make the pool 22x38.we said no way we already made their pool 18x38at no charge to them just wanted to make clients ,happy to know avail,I had to buy a 22x40 to have the walls she wanted (pool in a box)is what it's called so to make it liik like a lagoon, so we already went from a 16x34 to a 18X36(At No charge to the *********)They heard us talking about having to buy the 22x38 pool in a box No we had to buy the larger one so we could make the 18 x36 Lagoon..But they continue to call us thieves and scammers,say that I have alias they said they are going to ruin us and there doing a pretty good job...We are good honest people and don't deserve this.. If you want I can send you the text messages. The  text are cruel and untrue.please let me k ow what you need or want to see.
