      I would like the first day that Ive been a customer ******************** for the last 10 years Ill never go back there again. I went in on Friday to return actually just to exchange a pair of boots that accident fit right that Ive never actually worn anywhere bed, trained mind walking on carpet Went in on Friday and the employees four of them told me I have to come back on Monday when the manager was there she was when he did returns so I asked him if there was another pair of boots. I liked another pair and they said that yes, theres another pair in back and it was my size just wanted to exchange n spend the rest the money there at their boutique They said to come back on Monday and I didnt get there nail today. manager there told me policy and called the main office and she really didnt fight for me very well because she didnt say that I spent $54 while I was waiting for them to see if the boots were there . To exchange with. Well I dont think its really nice what has happened and I think that they should change this ridiculous policy. especially since they were never worn on street or anywhere but on the carpet and only for about five minutes. Not happy never shop there again they good customer. I was not informed buying the 140$ boots of this policy. It was on the wall up high. Without my glasses I did not see it when I purchased them. Then upon returning I also was not apprised of the policy as well. The 4 associates could have saved me the extra trip the the extra gas and time.
