    I had a new air conditioner installed. After a year it stopped working. True comfort heating and cooling came out and said the coil was bad but was still under warranty. The coil was installed by them. The unit cost around $3000. I was told I now need to pay $1000 for the installation of the new coil and recharge the unit. I don't feel I should have to pay that. To me, when work is done by a company, parts and labor should be covered at least for a year or two especially when you have paid over $2000!! They have installed about 4 ac units and furnaces and there was never a problem except this time when there was malfunction . My rating applies to this particular job.
