    Disappointed to say that my experience with this company was disorganization and no-showing scheduled appointments. I called a couple hours prior to my scheduled time and the staff couldnt tell me the time I was on the schedule despite asking more than twice, instead the staff kept directing me that Id receive a call that never came. I waited 40 minutes post my scheduled time only to see no one arrive. All this would suggest poor management and even worse communication. Disappointing to say the least. Id suggest looking into competitors.

    We had an alergy problems for months ,so a friend recommended me to call Atmosphere Air Care, they came over to my house the same day and showed me a video and pics of my dirty vents system. They did an amazing job cleaning and senitizing my Air duct system, Very proffesional and knowledgeable. They even took the time to explain me how to maintain my airduct system clean and efficient. Highly recommended!! Thank you so much guys for making us breath better and with No more allergies!!

    I had very good experience with Atmosphere Air Care cleaning the air ducts, they were smooth and fair, showed up on time and left everything neat behind.

    This was a horrible experience. I found Atmosphere Air Care through the app *********. I have had prior great experiences and trusted this would be the same. Initially the response time was good. I explained my fireplace issues in detail and they sent someone out. All this person did was shine a cellphone flashlight around, tell me the structure looks good and charged me $99. I reached out upset because I new it needed to be repaired because the fireplace wasn't working. Sent out another guy who at first was very nice and helpful. He was 99% sure it was the burner. Replaced it but that wasn't it. Then said it was a sensor. He told me the sensor arrived and scheduled an appt. Never showed up or called. I reached out to the company and got a call. He said he was so sick he couldn't reach the phone. I asked for better communication and it was my understanding he would call to schedule for the next weekend. Almost 2 weeks went by and never hear from him. I reached out again to the company and the tech called. After a heated exchange and multiple excuses (still sick and the part now isn't coming in for a few days when before it was already in) I requested a refund. The only good thing I got out of this was my money back. It's been two months since I first reached out and now I have to wait until December to get another company to look at my fireplace. Oh, also just got a text saying "we are all Ppl, life happens" from the tech. Very unprofessional.

    Great service, as usual! This company is really one of the best when it comes to air duct cleaning because they managed to do it in a very quick manner. These guys are truly effective and dependable because they have the perfect tools and the best service that you can really depend on. Everything was smoothly done! Great job, guys! See you!
