    I received a bill for $920.00 for anesthesia for a test-Comprehensive Anesthesia.3/4/2025-called-I am self-pay and had financial aid provided by the hospital (50%) so I asked if they would honor that and adjust my bill. They said yes, They needed the financial aid letter. 3/12/2025-called to see if they received it. Yes. Call back in 2-3 weeks. 3/24/2025-called to check-I was told no decision. Call back in another 2-3 weeks.4/7/2025-called again. They need a letter stating I had financial aid on that day of service. *** was 1/31/2025. The financial aid letter is dated 11/27/2024 and says it is good for 6 months. I called the hospital. I asked if they could do that. She put me on hold and personally talked to ***** at CA about it. She verbally told him I did have financial aid on the *** (1/31/2025). ***** said he would tell the "back office". Call back in 2-3 weeks. 4/29/2025-I didn't hear back or get an adjusted bill. I called again. They still hadn't made a decision. I asked to speak to a supervisor as I had made multiple phone calls and their only answer was to call back in another 2-3 weeks. The woman (*****) said a supervisor was not available. I said I expected a call from a supervisor. ***** said she would put a note in and the supervisor would call me in the next 2 days. No phone call. 5/8/2025-I waited another week to call. No decision. I asked to speak to a supervisor. No. I asked for a supervisor name. She wouldn't give it to me. I vented my frustrations and said this is my 6th phone call to them and I have done everything they have asked and I get the same thing-call back in 2-3 weeks. She said she would put a note to have a supervisor call me. I said she did that last week and no one called. I spoke with ***** every time and no resolution. I said I had no other option but to report them to the BBB as this has going on and on for over 2 months over 6 phone calls. I had no problems with other providers with this process-bills adjusted in a week!

    This is in regard to a bill of account number ***********. I had paid for ******************** services using my *** account balance of $80.68, and then the balance on my credit card. The *** account number is *******************. A month later, I got a bill for $80.68 and paid it, thinking it was an additional amount. When I looked into it, I realized Comprehensive Anesthesia did not apply that *** amount. When I logged into my *** account it shows that it was indeed sent on 3/24/23. It took multiple phone calls to get someone to see the error, but it was finally acknowledged that I am due a refund. I have waited almost 3 months for that refund. I would just like to have this off of my plate and not have to call to remind them that I am still waiting for that refund. Thank you so much for your time.*************************
