    The building has been infested with roaches since around September of 2024 and it seems to get worst by the day. Multiple people have talked to the office and it doesnt seem like much has been done. It has gotten to the point I cant go in my kitchen without seeing roaches.

    Thank you for reaching out.  We have diligently worked on this issue with our vendor to resolve any pest issues we have.  We believe we have this situation under control and will continue to address the concerns.  At this time, we are not offering any discounts or concessions to the rent as we are actively working on any resident concerns as they are brought to us.  If you are still having issues in your home, please inform the site manager of these issues so they can be addressed.

    I have been talking to the leasing office since October about the probably in that time frame of then and now pest control has been in my unit once. I have tired used bug bombs, I have even tired using pest control chemicals and the problem doesnt seem to be decreasing. They I have been doing the bare minimal when it has came to making sure that this pest control problem gets resolved and its not just my unit its happening other floors of the building. The first ****** reported the problem back in September of 2024. A one point I was told that I shouldnt treat myself from ****** then from another ****** was told that we shouldnt wait for someone else to resolve our problem with the pest.

    Building is ***** infested Mold in the building Tenants went without hot water for over four months No AC for five weeks Mid Summer ******* response ******* solutions I stayed in a hotel for over a week and a half while they Claimed they were servicing my unit to get rid of the ***** infestation from a prior move out only to find out no one had ever been in my unit. Its been 2.5 week still no solution. Their leasing office is infested with roaches.They have one Maintenance man working for three buildings. This week alone, no one has been in the leasing office for three days

    We have been out of hot water for several months maybe like 4 months. Its never hot its always lukewarm. It happens every weekend. I have to boil water. Go to a family member house to bathe or just suffer and take a cold bath. I pay my rent on time every first of the month. They stated its the boilers but I was told they were suppose to been replace the boilers but havent happen. Every time we have cold water. They state that its because the boilers went down and somebody is coming to reset it. This is really getting out of hand and its not fair to us because we pay our rent. They dont want to discount us on our rent as well. I cant do this any longer. I will most likely have to break my lease. Its too cold to have to travel to shower or even shower cold with it being cold outside. Can you please us please and thank you!
