      Used Autco for all our appliance replacements over the years. Great customer service and products. Easy to contact and work with their team. They listened to what we wanted and our price range. Found what we needed within those terms.

      I ordered a GE Profile Induction cooktop, in addition to 5 other GE appliances from Autco....a large order. The cooktop did not work from day 1. I contacted Autco and they said it is out of their hands and is GE's responsibility. When I contacted GE asking for a new, working cooktop, they said their warranty is for repairs, not replacement. Interesting since I paid for brand new, not refurbished.After 2 different attempts at making repairs on different dates, 2 weeks apart, GE is insisting on a third attempt, however the part they need is now on back order. This process has taken 6 weeks so far and still no working cooktop. I contacted Aucto AGAIN letting them know what is going on, spoke with a manager, and he still basically said "not our problem". TERRIBLE service, they do not stand behind their products.
