    Do not use Diamond Factory Service for appliance repair. They sent repairmen 2 times to fix a small problem on our 4 yr old refrigerator.The second repairman failed to reconnect a plug resulting in the unit having no power and we had to discard $800 worth of spoiled food.We contacted them next day and they refused to come back and the person who took our call was verbally abusive.We called another company to come and he found that Diamond Factory man had failed to reconnect a power plug.

    Do not call Diamond Factory .They have been called 4 times and our washer still not fixed. Whirlpool customer ********************** supposably gave the Diamond Factory a wrong number because our warranty was up and Whirlpool was waving a charge. The technician looked at me said she lied to you and walked out the door. Now we have a $150.00 bill. I called ******* the manager and he said too bad. Pay it.

    Diamond Factory Service received a service request on 5/28/2025 for a washer. Our technician verified the unit was out of warranty when showing up to the home on 5/29 . The customer stated that ********* indicated that everything was covered even though the warranty had expired. Our technician called Whirlpool and they said there wasn't anything in the records stating that they were covering the repair. The customer refused to pay for the **********************, so the technician left.The customer called on 7/14 and spoke with a manager and stated that we need to send the bill to Whirlpool. It was explained that Whirlpool didn't have any record of agreeing to pay the repair cost. It was also explained that the unit was out of warranty therefore she was responsible for the bill. She then asked if Diamond Factory Service was going to waive the cost and was told that she would be responsible for the bill. The call was terminated by the customer.

    We purchased a 5-year washing machine protection plan for our Whirlpool washing machine from **************. Last week, it broke (we have 4 children 7-years-old and younger, so a washing machine is one of our most important home appliances). The **********'s protection plan team outsourced the servicing to Diamond Factory Service. The appointment was scheduled for tomorrow (11/6) between 8 am and 4 pm (awesome window, right?). About an hour ago, I got a call from Diamond Factory Service calling to reschedule my appointment for next week. I begged the person who called not to cancel (laundromats are expensive and inconvenient), and she hung up on me. I attempted to contact her again (because no appointment was scheduled and I assume the hang up meant tomorrow's cancelled and we should go pound sand), and she did not reply (message attached in the documents section). Based on the Yelp reviews for Diamond Factory Service, and the sheer number of complaints here, this company is terrible and other's really should be aware of it. In the meantime, I have had to arrange out-of-pocket servicing with a more reliable local provider (honestly, my 3-year-old would be a more reliable local provider...).

    Hello Mr *********** sorry the washer failed with all loads that four children generate. Adding on to that, the scheduling issues we had make it even more frustrating. Thank you though for reaching out to make me aware of your experience. Unfortunately at times various businesses get overbooked with work. That was the case with us and your service work order. We try to manage that well, but at times unexpected things happen and we have to disappoint some of our customers. Im certainly sorry that happened and I can assure you we look to learn from our mistakes. I also saw in your note that you have found another servicer to come out to your home. I hope that addresses the issue effectively for you. If we can be of any further help, please set up a service call and have it marked to my attention. I will personally work it through the system so it goes well for you.     Diamond was sent to repair our 18-month old, $4500 Kitchen Aid Refrigerator. They diagnosed the problem and came back a second time to repair. By now we'd not had a frig for over a week. Repair was made, but the problem wasn't fixed. They scheduled another visit. Cancelled that visit. Came 4 days later. (We're now over 2 weeks without a frig). Second visit the guy said we defrosted it improperly. He didn't check anything. So we defrosted it exactly to his specifications. It was STILL NOT WORKING after that. I called back. They said the ticket was closed. When I asked to be connected to a supervisor, they said they no need, the ticket is closed. I asked again, they said sure. and then hung up on me. What a horrible experience.

    This place is a total joke!!!! You can't get anyone to answer the phone, return calls or respond to text. They can text you to tell you 30 minutes AFTER they were suppose to arrive (after taking off work early to make sure I was home during their arrival window ) that they are sick and not coming but when you respond, nothing. Takes forever to get an appointment which I only got by Whirlpool making it, then they don't show. Shame on Whirlpool for using this ***************! Now I am waiting another 2 weeks for them to supposedly come back. Meanwhile, I have been without a dryer for 3 weeks. This company SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could give it ZERO stars!

    They have been to my house ten times to fix my whirlpool refrigerator. I epic protection plan it is a five year extended warranty. They were suppose to come between 7am and 10am. I called them and they stated that they are not going to come anymore. They are not good at all. You would be wasting your time.

    0 stars absolutely horrible wait on phone only to be disconnected at #2 in cue multiple times have lost 4 days work waiting on these people just pathetic manufacturer places blame on them they place blame on manufacturer dishwasher only 2 months old if short staffed close business quit wasting people's time.

    My dryer quit heating so it needed a new heating element coil and it took a month and a half and four visits for them to replace it and it is still not working. The tech also replaced some thing that did not need replaced that we also paid for and that is making a lot of noise since then-

    Have been hear twice never even looking at what was wrong or seeing what was needed to fix. Ordered part first visit. Second visit did not have all parts needed. Ordered additional parts. Have to schedule 3rd visit. It has been 2 months since this started and the refrigerator is less than 8 months old.

    Make sure you ask the price of repair before you book an appointment. According to Whirlpool, it takes a technician to change a LED light in our refrigerator. Not true. It can be done by the homeowner vey easily and cost $65.00. The Diamond Service tech came out, standing in my Kitchen with the LED light module in his hand. He says," $110.00 for parts,$85.00 for labor, $175.00 for diagnosis. Diagnosis ? The light is out. Total bill $386.33. To change a LED light module in 10 minutes. Buyer be ware.
