      Their online store is a borderline scam. Be EXTREMELY CAREFUL when ordering online. I was charged a $500 restocking fee for a fridge which I cancelled that never left their warehouse. Their product pages often do not make it obvious what condition a product is in. This was the case for me. The online product page had no pictures of the actual fridge, just a stock photo of a new fridge. However, if you squint towards the bottom of the page, sometimes (and only sometimes) you will see that a product is rated a certain quality grade, the description for which is buried deep in their website. Only after I made the purchase did they send photos, which showed the fridge to be heavily used. Their cancellation policy is also buried deep in their refund policy page. What's more, they sent me a document asking me to agree to not file for a chargeback.

      I would give them 0 stars if I could, we went up there and drove over an hour to get there the buy a refrigerator that we were told was NEW but dented up a bit, when we got home we found out it was used and the waterline leaks everywhere flooding out kitchen , we tried to get ahold of them but they refuse to answer phones, probably knowing its unhappy customers trying to get ahold of them.
