Hello, I have a dispute with a ******* ***** Architects & Associates in St. Louis, MO. I contracted with this firm to modify a set of new home plans I purchased in an AutoCAD file from a new home plan design firm. We both agreed and signed a contract for a fixed price of $7,500 to complete this project. We have paid this firm $5,000 to date. ******* ***** claims the house plans he sent to us on 10/04/23 in a PDF file are complete and we highly dispute this as we think they are about 2/3rds complete. Killian did communicate to me that he was aware there were changes to be made to these new home plans he sent on 10/04/23. However, he informed me he wanted additional fees to be paid to him in order for him to complete the new home plans and I disagreed. The plans he submitted lacked the necessary dimensions and had other things missing on the plans necessary to build the new home. A detailed list was emailed to ******* ***** identifying what still needed to be done. As of this date Killian has refused to finish the new house plans and will not respond to my emails, text or phone calls. In order to resolve this and so we can move on with our project I am offering to pay ******* ***** Architects the final $2,500 of the contract. Not because I agree that they completed the work, but because I need to have the new home plans completed with another design firm. I need to move on with our project and I cannot afford any more delays caused by this firm otherwise I will have to consider consequential damages if Killian delays us anymore. My offer to settle this matter is on the condition that ******* ***** sends our new Architectual Designer and me the plans he calls "Final" sent in a PDF file dated 10/04/23 in an AutoCAD file that we can freely use and modify to complete the house plans. This offer to settle will be on the condition there are no future charges or fees from this architect, and we can freely modify the plans as we wish. I need to receive the AutoCAD plans referenced above by 12/18/23 for this offer to resolve this matter to be valid. I would like to send the BBB a cashier's check payable to ******* ***** Architect & Associates for the remaining $2,500 and have the BBB hold the check until we can confirm the AutoCAD files he sends can be opened and modified. Once this is confirmed the BBB can release the check to ******* ***** Architects & Associates.

The complaint filed by Wilke is grossly inaccurate and contains false information. This matter has been referred to counsel for legal proceedings against Wilke.

Once again, the BBB continues to file a complaint against me and my reputable company. This second complaint is more incoherent and contains more false information than the first bogus complaint. I am requesting the BBB to cease and desist in publishing of false information. This is a legal matter that Mr. Wilke has referred to his attorney and I have likewise retained legal counsel.
