    Im not sure if this site is for customer or ex employee reviews but heres a bit of both. I strongly recommend not doing business with this company. Their service is average, customer service is very poor, and their procedures are a red flag. When you sign up with this company they need to contact someone in ***** to actually set up your account which is very weird (probably why it is impossible to resolve any issues with the service). Any other internet provider would be a better alternative. This is not to mention that I have never in my life seen a owner of a company be so unprofessional. Posting a misleading and manipulated job listing and being very vague in pay and what the actual job is he is hiring you for. Unwilling to put in the slightest bit of effort to make sure their employees get paid, extremely hard to get clear communication from. Lying about pay and agreed bonuses. On top of all that the owner makes unfounded accusations of his employees, being insulting and extremely unprofessional, as well as prying into personal life. All in all, I would STRONGLY advise staying away from this company as a employee or customer.
