    4 weeks for a simple bumper replacement with no structural damage. 4 bumpers ordered that were not the correct part number. 0 accountability for the length of time and point the finger at insurance and part supplier for the s**** up. Even a reasonable ask of an expected completion date could not be answered. Do not recommend.

    Superior! Fantastic! Our Mercedes was rear ended and their work made it like new! BUT, most important, the communication was unbelievable! We had daily reports and sometimes pictures. They went the extra mile and replaced a bad alternator, too! *** and his staff are terrific!

    Gapsch Carstar worked effectively with me and my insurance company. My contact helped me through the process of fixing my car and always kept me updated. My car looks better than the day I bought it. I highly recommend Gapsch.I know from media that the industry is extremely busy; however every employee I encountered was very friendly as well as professional. This company hires good honest people??

    The work overall was top- notch and well done. **** did a great job as an estimator and the girls in the office were efficient and friendly. The auto text updating system however leaves much to be desired as it was incorrect and provided miss information. Team doing a great job while being short-staffed.
