    They charged us ************************************ the shift. After the job was done it was never working right. They are now claiming they never did any electrical work and they only worked on the gear shift, but the receipt states clear as day that he did. We took it another mechanic and they saw he tore up the gear shift. They way he got it out of gear, he damaged it. All he did was take her money. He is refusing to help and started shouting at us never once acknowledging the receipt clearly stating the electrical work.

    ms ******** vehicle was towed to the shop because the vehicle was not running 

    tech found shortage in the harness between the alternator and the fuse box 

    due too multiple mechanics work on the vehicle /customer states there gear shifter stuck most of the time at the time of the drop off 

    vehicle came to my shop only for wiring issues not for / and electric diagnoses / she didnt pay ****** she only paid $562.00

    i have e mailed you a copy of the invoice we have nothing to due with her shifter /however vehicle codition is 3 out of 10 / she only paid for work hours was preformed on her vehicle

    by the way her vehicle cam on a tow truck but she drove it out the shop 

    there is a lot other problems with it and she was told that

    I have reviewed the business' response and am rejecting it because: An extra $100 was added onto the bill due to the gear shifter. I will attach a copy of the bill.
