    It is my belief that this company is conducting either illegal or fraudulent activity. When I had to contact them to issue a claim, they would not allow me to speak with the adjuster. In top of that the adjuster in front of me and in front of the dealership repairs liaison this company and their adjuster completely did not notate or make any record of the call for the claim (we called twice in a 24 hour period and there was no record of the claims even being made.). This company also is conducting business as three other businesses. I've talked to the same person on the phone three times the person was representing 3 separate businesses. This business needs to be investigated. Also after I called personally and complained this company has since then stopped charging me for their services. On the phone call I had with them I mentioned to them that I was going to report this and to not end my coverage so that there could be proof of a payment history and their breach of contract. Also when speaking on the phone with this company on a recorded line the salesperson said to me on a recorded line that it would cover my repairs and I was specifically detailing the repairs needed. When I mean specifically detailing I mean I asked for the specific part and repair type that my vehicle may require in the future. And on a recorded line the sales representative told me that yes they would cover. Come to find out when the repair was needed they would not cover it. This company needs to be investigated immediately and any subsidiaries that are attached to them.

    sta empresa me est estafando y robando mi dinero, e hecho 17 pagos de $205.38 y uno de$260.00 por una Extencion de garanta y ahora que necesito usarla me dicen que cancelaron mi pliza hace 2 das porque el mecnico llam hace 3 das y no me *** ********** , me *** diferentes nmeros de tel: y nadie se hace responsable , no compren en Azlo Auto, porque dice servicio al cliente que desaparecieron pero siempre hacen los cobros,

    I have purchased a extended Warranty for my car and when I called to geta a repair they cancel my pliza and told me they didn't have my account anymore. They took almos 4k in payments so far and still want me to pay for the remaining of the policy. I called all day today and no answer from anyone and they told me the manager is sick but I can't communicate with him. What a BS.
