I had my 2011 *** starter repaired, I noticed my rear bumper fell, it was scraped and dented, I found chippings of paint where my car was parked. The manager says that the only person drove the vehicle was the mechanic and he has refused to show me any camera footage. The police was called and they did not take my report, saying that it was a civil matter. The business is refusing to communicate with me any further, and have blocked my calls.

On October 1, 2024 I dropped off my vehicle to fix the water pump and the transmission mount. After the diagnostic by Bradley Motor Werke. I was also told that I needed to replace the thermostat. On December ****** my check engine light came on. I dropped my car off to be fixed. And picked up Friday December ******. By Wednesday there was still no update on my car. The owner told me that I needed to calm down and be patient to wait for my car to be diagnosed. Within five minutes, I received a text message stating it was a faulty battery. I explained that I just replaced my battery last year. I stated that I went to a mechanic whose machine read that there was an issue with the thermostat, which I paid to be replaced in October. The owner then told my cousin and I that there was something wrong with the battery and because it was not reset by a *** computer that the car didnt register that it was a new battery and that it was now faulty and it need to be replaced, and that is why my heat was not working. I then asked So if it is an issue with the thermostat in the end, what is the warranty and will it be covered? The owner then stated yes there is a two-year warranty on all of the things we fix and reassured us that it was the battery. By December 12, 2024 the check engine light was back on and I dropped it off Monday morning. After a five minute hold he comes back and tells me that the issue is not what they fixed five days ago, but it is now saying that its the thermostat. I replied I know its the thermostat because thats what I asked to be fixed the first time but the owner reassured me that it was the battery. The man then replied oh well theres more than one thermostat so we probably fixed the other one.
