    Scotts refused to Safety Inspect my Chevy Malibu. I made an appointment, nothing was said.
    I took the Malibu to Scotts the night before. When I called this morning I was told that he would not work on Erlenes *****s Malibu.

    Mr. ***** was advised in 2018, we would no longer work on his vehicles after an incident where he refused to pay for work performed on his vehicle in addition to his offensive language and disgraceful behavior.   Please refer to his BBB complaint in 2018 for additional information.

    Mr. ***** dropped off his vehicle after hours at our shop by simply tossing his keys with no envelope or additional information into our overnight drop off.  Mr. ***** was aware that we would not work on his vehicle prior to dropping it off.  We learned that Mr. ***** brought the vehicle to us after he stormed out of, ******** **********, another repair shop down the road from us.  As he left, he used obscene language and called the woman, who was trying to wait on him, names.  That shop contacted the police. 

    Mr. ***** was contacted and told to pick up his vehicle and that we would not perform the inspection or any other work on his vehicle.  Mr. ***** called our shop 15 times on Tuesday, June 27th, and left multiple harassing messages on our recorder using extremely obscene language and calling me very offensive names.  He sent his wife to pick up the vehicle.  I would be happy to provide you with a copy of Mr. *****'s offensive voice mail messages for your review.

    Mr. ***** then proceeded to take his vehicle to the ***** **** *** **** ******* located next to us.  We also learned, from the manager at *****, that he also refused to inspect or work on Mr. *****'s vehicle. 

    I will not subject my employees or myself to Mr. *****'s offensive, bullying behavior and obscene language.  It would appear that ******** ********** and ***** Tire and Auto Center, both located near us, feel the same way.
