    I am rejecting this response because:

    The owner of Top to Bottom is fully aware of the work that was being done at ****** **** automotive. Both places is next to each other. Owner of top to bottom priced how much the repairs would cost in its entirety and the ****** **** automotive did the work. Both were in communication and shared the money that was received by me. Within those 6 months, there was poor communication on a set date it should be done, the work was poor quality and overtime they was requesting money but it was exceeding the price that was originally discussed so I was being overcharged. After taking it to a reputable place, they had to strip everything and start from scratch. Nothing was salvageable and I should be compensated for having to pay double the work when it should’ve been me just needing a paint job after retrieving my car but that damage was beyond just painting. In addition, the other place only took a month and a half to repair my car and majority of the time was waiting on parts.

    I was dealing with her Father over this situation.  He was  dealing with ****** **** as far as the body work getting done.  The mechanic was assisting them with fixing the car and  not charging them a lot of money to repair the car.  The car was almost completed before she retrieved the car as he was finishing the car off.

    The consumer sent me another letter.  We weren't the ones who did the body work.  The guy is a certified body guy.  He was working on her vehicle and she demanded to take her vehicle without allowing him to finish it.  It was taking too long for her.  It ended up needed more work to be done and this is why it was taking so long to finish the vehicle.  I ended up having to pay $1,000 to the body guy to get her car released.  Her daddy was saying she was going to call the police.  She disrespected me, cussed me out about the vehicle.  When it got to this point, I was done.  Technically, the car was totaled and they didn't have any insurance, this is why she allowed the body guy to try to help them get the vehicle fixed.  I don't have anything to do with any of this.  They do have receipts I wrote up if I was going to do the work.  They ended up taking it up the street, plus they bought all their parts themselves.
