    I needed a maintenance check on my car because the light came on. I needed an oil change and windshield wipers. When I brought the car in he said it will cost $248. I thought the price was very high. I called another auto repair and they said they wear charging me over $100. My friend noticed a humming sound from the filter that was put in. They said it was the engine and the car was off. He told me to get out of here and said he didn't want my business. I brought it to Magnus and told them that there was a strong humming sound and he said it was debris and it needs to be cleaned out. They repaired it.

    I want all of my money back from them and if he doesn't refund my money I'm taking him to small claims court.

    The maintenance light required air filter, cabin filters, wipers and oil change for $248.  She got a break down on all the work and refused the air filter and cabin filter.  We said fine and pulled car out.  She then called back and said go ahead.  We then pulled car back in and did the air filter and cabin filter.  She came back and the mechanic went to her car and pulled the cabin filter to show her we indeed changed it and he didn't hear any abnormal noise in the blower motor area a few days later...She accuses us of not changing the cabin filter so he showed her the new one and said he can look into the blower area and there is no debris and she starts telling us what Amazon sells things for....plus, we never heard of ****** **** ******!  They don't have an address or phone number and think this is a made up name...Would love to see a repair bill showing they did this work she claims.
