    Hello, my Semi Truck got hit by a different semi truck in the parking lot in June, 2024. The driver at fault provided his insurance card, and he is insured by Safety National Casualty Corp. I got pictures of damage caused, I even have a dash cam video of the accident. I've been trying to get this resolved for 3 months now. The insurance representative asked to provide him with the estimate cost of the repair. I went and got that and submitted to the representative along with all the other documents requested. All that was submitted almost immediately and we were given a claim#, and now when I provide that claim#, I am told that claim # doesn't exist. It's very hard to reach someone, they hardly ever answer their phone, or emails. I am the bread winner in the house, and I am driving with a broken mirror and all the damaged caused to my truck. I want them to resolve this issue as soon as possible. I need my truck to be repaired so I can continue my job safely. I would really appreciate any help possible in this ridiculous situation I am in. Thank you! P.S. I am attaching all the evidence I have, along with the screen shot of the email from the representative with claim # that apparently doesn't exist now!

    Please be advised Safety National is in receipt of complaint # ******** dated August *******. The above referenced complaint is regarding a commercial auto claim under policy number CA6675798, effective date 10/1/2023.

    For the purposes of claims handling, Safety National utilizes Third Party Administrators to handle commercial auto claims on its behalf in ***************

    Safety National is currently in communication with ******** to gather the facts of this claim so that we can provide an informed response on the details of this complaint. 

    We have been informed by ******** that the claimant/complainant has signed a release and this matter has been resolved, however, Safety National respectfully requests and extension of time of two weeks to provide a thorough response to the above referenced complaint.
