    I would like to service my guests pre-wedding food. This company is very money hungry and will not allow paying customers to who having a ********************** there service there guest. This is the only venue who have these rules. I purchased my own event insurance. They told me the event insurance we purchase is for if something happen to their building on grounds. You did everything they ask and they still don't want to work with you. They said what If the guest get sick than there liable. I will have my lawyer reach out to them.

As outlined in the contract you signed, you acknowledged our policy regarding Cooking/Catering, which states: "The Larimore requires the use of our in-house caterer or a licensed and insured partner." This policy has been in place since the time you signed the contract and is not a new rule.

    Unfortunately your event insurance does not cover food preparation or serving. It does cover liability for events like property damage, injuries, or cancellations. Food-related risks, including food preparation and serving, are excluded. To cover the food-related risks, the caterer or anyone involved in serving food needs to have their own liability insurance, which includes food handling and safety.

    We recognized how important it was for you to have your mother serve a special dish during your cocktail hour, and we truly wanted to support this meaningful request. As a result, we worked with you to find a solution that would allow for this, ensuring your wedding day was exactly what you envisioned. Your happiness is our priority, and we are thrilled that we were able to make this happen!

    The Larimore required payment for a wedding and did not have payment from my bank. I ACH paid them instead since the payment wasnt received. A month later the bank check was deposited for the same amount. This cleared out my checking account now for the past two weeks without resolution of payment returned. I have talked with the manager who says she will get it returned but then havent heard anything for about a week. They were double paid and in no hurry to refund money not owed to them.

    Hello, please see attached report. We are still owed several thousands of dollars by her. We have already delivered this service to her, and we are unable to reach her as she has blocked out number. As a result she took to filing a report on the BBB.
