The service was horrible. There were 6 of us eating and my 2 boys got sick from eating here, we asked for well done and it was raw. I go back on Monday and the owner said that I can&#**;t come back anymore because I didn&#**;t leave a tip. He asked me to give a $60 tip, there is one way in and one way out. I would like a refund of the money I spent there.

    Business Response

    The statement/experience makes no sense

If they ordered well done food and it was raw, why did they eat it? per her statement she new it was raw and ate it? this makes no sense because this never happened

again if they received such horrible service and their food was raw (not to mention they supposedly got sick). Why would you go back to the restaurant?

Wouldnt they submit their complaint and never return?

They waited until they were asked to not patronize the business, then they made up a complaint?

She also fails to mention these problems with her dining experience that night. so,why did she return?

I approached this lady and explained that she hasnt returned to pay a bill, from a previous dining venture (2 weeks prior). They did not have money to pay and did not return to pay the staff member back.

I then asked that she does not patronize my business.

I would be happy to issue a response, to an actual complaint but this is clearly a not real experience. If the BBB feels this is still a legitimate complaint please note, i will not be responding to this nonsense.

    Cheers
