      On February 19,2021 I paid 635.00 for the hair that I got put in on 2/25/2021. This included one pack of Bellami volume wefts and one pack of tape ins. I took out all hair except one piece of weft on 11/11/2021. I did not leave with any of the leftover hair. Two weeks before giving birth to my second child on December 28th I accidentally slept in and missed my appointment. This was the first time being late or missing an appointment. I immediately tried to resolve the issue when I woke up. I was so mad at myself and emotional about everything I couldn’t even talk on the phone and handed it to my boyfriend to resolve after hearing that they were charging the full price for the missed appointment plus tip. I didn’t realize at first that this was unfair practice to charge for a service not performed. I did not come back after that as I felt I was mistreated and didn’t want to start anything. I Called the salon months later to get my leftover hair back. They only told me they would have ******* get back to me. She never got back to me only after repeatedly calling the salon did I finally get my hair back around May 2022. In the bag of hair was only my wefts, not my tape ins. See picture. ******* says to the studio she does not have them. I was repeatedly told that I would get a phone call back and I would wait a few weeks in between and I would have to call back. I asked for a refund for this pack of missing hair finally after calling the last time, still no one got back to me. Last called July 18 2022. ******* ********* has not ever tried to contact me to resolve. It is not good practice to charge full price for a service not performed plus tip nor is it legal to take someone’s hair. I’m asking for half of the charge of $337.07 that was charge for a service that wasn’t provided plus the value of my tape ins which are missing that I paid for which is valued at $283.00 for a 20 pack of 20inches (10 sandwiches) according to Bellami customer service specialist.

      We returned everything to the consumer.  We have her all the hair she had requested.  The hair was over a year old, but everything was given back.

      I am rejecting this response because:



      My hair was taken out less than a year ago, my request for my hair was months ago. I gave many tries and times to solve this issue. I am still missing a full pack of tape ins. This business thinks I’m lying that I have all of this hair. The stylist did not give me all the hair. There are many complaints about this stylist yet I’m the one lying. The salon is covering up for her. A normal response to this would be to empathize and understand my concern. My hair was stolen, and it was stolen less than a year ago.
