    We asked him to come in to put in outside camera&#**;s, and a door ring. The door ring did not work. The camera&#**;s were dated for the wrong **************, If I wanted to look at footage from the camera the dates were not accurate, wires were down in my basement from their H35**33353230353036H system. My daughter was cooking something one day and smoke was in the house, but the smoke detector did not react to the smoke in the house. The H35**33353230353036H was going off in the house I reached out to *************************, and he got the the H35**33353230353036H to go off, and he asked me was I happy? I also, reached out to him regarding the time on the cameras footage not being accurate , and he would continuously say that he would be over, and he would never show up to my home. I informed him that I did not want the service anymore, and then he would try to come over and fix things. I paid $3500.00 to do the work. I would like $2500.00 refunded back to me.
