    I just want to let the manager of this company know that you just lost two very good customers due to the unbelievably rude customer service received today at ******* Park. We are two elderly disabled women We have been coming to ******* lake almost every weekend this summer and worked with ****. Everyday we arrived all the boats and gear was out ready to be used. We were greeted with a smile and always welcomed. Today when we arrived whoever was working didn't even say hi he acted like we were bothering him because we were paying with cash, and also didn't know how much time we were going to go out. In the past we always paid at the end so we knew what was due. After sighing about making change he walked over to the boats and said "going to need some help over here" with a major attitude. Again we are two elderly women paying for boat rental because we do not have the ability to carry and load in and load out our own equipment. Furthermore, If he needed help, there's a way to ask, not demand from a customer. After being sick of his attitude and arguing and us being unwilling to unload the boats we decided not to support this business and asked for money back which took 10 minutes and a threat of calling the police to get our money back. this is the worst possible service I have ever in my life received anywhere and I cannot believe it was given at a place that is supposed to be a nice calm relaxing environment this is absolutely disgusting that elderly women are being treated this way and expected to load in kayaks. When I reminded him we were paying we shouldn't be working he said we're paying for the boat Well I'm sorry with all of my trips I've already paid for that boat and I expect better service than that. I will be telling every single person I know about this outrageous experience. I really hope that you find someone more suited to this job because they have taken away everything good that was at ******* Park
