I watched all the videos they had on their website, went through all the ***** and even called this shop directly to ask numerous questions. While the videos/FAQs do state and show where they drill discrete holes to spray the door's interior panels, nowhere does it show/state holes are drilled into the door *****. Jeep doors come off, and although the holes have black caps, they are very much noticeable- especially against my Hellayella paint.Within the waiting room, I was watching my vehicle being worked on and that is when I saw a worker with a drill at the rear door opening drilling and immediately voiced concerns. The holes had already been drilled, so there was no going back and the manager explained this is their process and it is on the website. He pulled up some videos to show me and realized that it, in fact, does NOT state holes are drilled along the door *****. He also said they typically tell people where the holes would be, yet in all my interactions, nobody showed me this. I suppose I should have asked, although I'm not sure how I would have known to do so. The only thing I can think of now is to pain these black plastic caps yellow with my matching paint code. It will help them blend in, but I'll still have the bumps. I did ask for a discount and was denied my request. The manager stated this is their process and if I do not like the look, then that is on me.Lastly, after taking a closer look at my Jeep once I got it home, I noticed the front tire has very bad curb rash and is actually missing pieces of rubber. It was not like that prior to taking it to this shop. Again, I am very meticulous with my Jeep, so I notice these things, plus, I don't park it anywhere near *****. Also, I have my suspicions it was the shop because the employee who brought my Jeep around when it was finished hit the gas instead of the brake when backing it up and almost hit the building. Of course, the shop claims it wasn't their doing.

    Hi Angela,
I understand you were confused about the placement of the holes we drilled. As you said, you did a lot of research and watched many videos so you would know as much as possible prior to coming to our location. The online videos typically show holes being created in sedans and pick-up trucks, but they do mention that holes are drilled in panels. Vehicles of different sizes and shapes require holes in different places to be able to provide full coverage.

We do have a few customers who ask us not to drill holes at all, and we honor those requests. Of course, we explain that they may not get as thorough of an application this way. When you arrived, we asked if you had any questions, concerns, or requests. This could have been a great time to ask for additional clarification or to request no holes.

When you brought your concerns about the holes up to our manager, he offered to give you a handful of plugs so you could test out any paint you wanted to try before putting it on your vehicle. He also gave you advice on the best way to remove and re-insert the plugs.

As you also mentioned, you were able to watch your vehicle be serviced so you were able to see how careful our crew was with your vehicle. Because we care deeply about our customers, I spent Friday night watching every camera available on site for any evidence that our team could have caused any damage to your tire. I was able to see from the moment you pulled into our parking lot to the moment you left and everything in between. At no point did the tires come near anything other than the ground and lift underneath it.

As we had already honored a 30% off coupon for you, we could not honor the additional 20% that you wanted so that you could spray paint the handful of black plugs that we installed.

We understand your frustration at the situation, but we believe we did everything appropriately and treated you and your vehicle with the utmost respect. I hope that after reading this, you will reconsider the 1-star rating and wording in the review you left here and the other 4-5 places you also posted after your visit.
