    Came in to have DSP installed and amps switched out after getting there price was doubled what quoted over phone was told they could tune head unit
    to sound just as good with no DSP
    I had all wires ran only needed amps switched out Was told both amps would not fit under driver seat so they would have to charge way more labor to route wires to passenger side did not istall amp on passenger side put both amps under driver seat wich they told me would not fit but still charge

    instalation kit for mono amp when asked about it was told wire was to big so used smaller wich is coper blend when was told getting 100% oxygen free copper Battery is located less than 24 inches from amp required no rerouting of wires but was still charged over 500.00 labor no extra fues and holder for amp wich was promised was with instalation kit just hooked power wire to breaker I had already installed also used same rca cable I had ran for mono amp.Head unit was to be tuned and photos taken of setting when I asked about that seem not know what I was talking about.Seat not installed back properly and will not move because of hanging up on amps amps after getting seats out seen that amps are damaged and where they used pieces of plastic to rig seat to try and clear amps.When talked to them was told didn't think it would been big deal because they thought I would be only one driving. Before bringing talked over phone to make sure they could do a slingshot was told they done them before and would have no problem taking apart and putting back together Told them several times needed done correctly because its over a 4hr drive there and back not open on weekends so I would have to close my shop down to come. Already made 2 trips over 8hr in driving to take it back drop off pick up is another 8hr me losing over 400.00 for them to do work they said would be done the 1st time. Want some type refund after being lied to don't want to waste my time money going back there

    When you brought us the amplifiers we had let you know you purchase the wrong amplifiers online, and they were way too big for the installation you wanted. We asked if you could return your amps for ones better suited for your vehicle at which point you declined to do so. We did our best to make them fit in the location requested, but it would not fit there properly so we had to take MORE time to install both amps where they could fit Under further inspection you amplifier could not accept the 0 gauge wire  and this amplifier not fitting we had to take more time and labor  which is the discrepancy your seeing in labor. The spacers  you are in reference of are the spacers used under the amplifier to allow airflow. Please understand  we know its a drive for you but we would be more than happy to work out something to get this seat not moving corrected. Should be a simple adjustment of amplifier.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    The mono amp was taken out of box and placed under passenger seat where it fit  with no problem.I was told only problem  might be with 0 ga wire wich was not use a smaller ga wire was used.The spacers between seat had nothing to do with air space its where they tried to lift seat higher to clear amps wich did not work.I was sold instalation kit on wire I got is 10 power wire and 24 inch ground wire.Iwas told if both amps could fit under drivers seat it would be no problem it would be a simple switch out but could not be done so labor was going to alot higher to put under passenger seat

    I am rejecting this response because:I explained to them how far it is to travel back and forth and me closing my shop loosing wages for them  to do a job they promised was done correctly the 1st time.Only thing they agreeing to fix is seat when others things they promised still not done.If I'm going to have to loose money I might as well go to court over this

    I purchase complete radio system. Car kit and radio In December 29, 2021. Since installation I had to return for service on several occasions trying to get the system working properly. Each time audio ace has attempted to correct the problem with no success. My last contact was last August 2022. A new car kit was to be reordered for exchange. Warranty runs out in December and every call to them they claim on back order. System has never worked properly and I thinking they are just putting me off until warranty run out. Car play doesn’t work no navigation and radio plays no station without static. Want system fix or refund for purchase. Have old system for replacement and refund.

    No one at the store is that petty to drag out a warranty so it'd be voided. The part is on backorder. Please call ************ for further help.
