    I visit the casino regularly maybe three or four times a week and always have an issue when I go to the cash window as an Elite member and there's people in the regular line and they seem to pick the people in the regular line quicker and more than the people than Elite/ owners line which you should have a certain status, and not be called regular line quicker like at other casinos and when I asked to speak to a manager at the window the lady hollered at me she is a manager and I said something to her and she hollered back at me so I asked to speak to the manager on duty of the casino and I was told to leave so I didn't get a chance to speak to a manager on duty they said it was not one they had about eight security officers and 2 Marshalls follow me out the doors just because the person working there was having a bad day....They caused A BIG SCENE, and blamed me.
