      Dont ever do business with this horrible man! He took my money and never sent the book. I ordered a book online 11/16/24 for a very special Christmas gift for my father in law. I expressed how important it was to receive in time. He assured me on several different day & times Id get it before Christmas and not to worry & hed send me the tracking info. It turned out on the last call 12/23, he admitted he never even had the book to sell.

      I, ******* Hirschfeld, of Hirschfeld Galleries. received an book order on November 16th 2024
      for a copy of the Train Book (author: ******* ******),  at this time this book was located in my warehouse office at ****************************************************************, we know  that on November
      5th a massive flash flood struck ********* at *************** and flooded the floor of my entire office disrupting my inventory, and causing me to search for this book in the midst of this
      struggle and chaos. I informed the buyer of this condition with respect to the delay of shipping.
      Knowing the hardship involved in the search for one book among 50 thousand, I ordered the exact book from another dealer on December 1st 2024 as a replacement.  The buyer was
      insistent that the book be there before Christmas as a special gift, I ordered this book on December, 1st,  I felt certain the book would arrive in 3 weeks plenty of time for Christmas, I told the buyer the book was on the way after repeated calls by phone. I am sorry to report that
      on December 23rd the book via media mail failed to reach me, so the buyer changed his mind
      about the purchase, and canceled the order, the book came (a travesty of sorts) on December 26th I shipped the book via insured priority mail to arrive in ******** California by Monday
      Here is the Us Ps  priority tracking number for this shipment. 9505 5105 8960 ***** 399 84.
      The book arrived that next week.  I refunded the full amount ***** dollars during this process,
      the buyer called and refused the item due to its tardiness. I told the buyer to keep the book
      and the money in lieu of his disappointment.  for which I am sorry. I completed the shipment in order to protect my four star rating at *** books, we are required to fulfill orders no matter what
      The original *** book order was 6931 477 43 for the November 16 initial order.  
      Again, I apologize for this failure to please this customer and I understand their
