I purchased an Apple IPhone for $208.26 on 6/26/2024 and I can no longer use it because it has been locked by this company. After purchasing the phone, H3334313836**33373335H asked me to bring the phone back to show me how to use it but I had already called Apple and they showed me how to use it. Shortly after my phone stopped working and Apple told me the phone had been locked. I don&#**;t understand why there&#**;s a lock on my phone when I have paid my bill. They keep blaming Apple for why my phone isn&#**;t working and won&#**;t take responsibility for my phone not working.

Customer came in on 6/26/2024 to purchase a new iPhone. The customer needed an iPhone to be able to FaceTime with family members. She worked with a senior rep and selected the iPhone 11 purchased which was discounted by CommDepot and ************ as an upgrade device. This device was specifically selected due to the discounts and to be able to add insurance through the carrier. We also tried our best to retrieve data from the customer's old Android device which was damaged. And unfortunately, after repairing the old device enough to power-on, we were unable to obtain the data due to a password. The customer has then returned to the store multiple times to make ************ phone payments etc. Throughout all interactions, both parties where extremely professional and pleasant and we did not have any issues as ****** has been an amazing return customer at **********************. We thought that all has went well and according to plan and are saddened to hear of this issue.

We would love to help resolve this for our customer. A full refund can definitely take place as long as the customers returns the purchased items and remove all iCloud/password locks from the device prior. We can also replace the device to something more familiar. We appreciate ****** and will do what is necessary to ensure she is a happy customer.

I can be reached directly at the store during our open hours to assist further.

    Regards,

    ****
