    Sigma Aldrich makes it difficult to pay invoices but they will certainly threaten you with collections after saying nothing for 4 months. There's nothing on the website that allows you to render payment for purchases. I made several purchases from September to December of 2022. Only received a notice that I was going to be taken to collections in June of 2023. The only option to reconcile these payments was through ACH which means they need your routing and checking account number. I've tried to reach out several times to account services but they rarely respond. Seems unfair that I'm trying to do my due dilligence to pay past due invoices but they don't make it easy. An honest company would make it so that their customers can do their part without having to be threatened with collections.

    They are threatening to send me to collections. Meanwhile, all of my payments to their ACH account information has bounced back and account managers have ignored my requests for a response. I've reached out to them over six times. Their business practices are deceptive and unfair.
