    I went to the show on Jan 3, 2025 and the show was to begin at 10;00 and I arrived at 10:15 and they refused to let me in to see the show. I return on Jan 4 ***** for the same show. I had to buy $100 on Jan 3 and Jan 4 2025. I want a refund for the Jan 3 show since I was unable to see the show and had to pay another $100 for Jan 4, 2025 show.

    I purchased tickets to a show (09/25/2024) at Helium Comedy Club. I was informed that the show was canceled a month prior to the event, which was on 08/22/2024. In that e-mail from August, I was informed that a refund would be issued in 7 to 10 business days. I have reached out to the Helium Comedy Club more than 3 times regarding the refund. During the third contact, I was informed the refund check will be mailed out to me soon. Two weeks later, with no check in sight, I contacted them again and was informed that I would have to reach out to the managers. After e-mailing the managers, I was asked for my order number and then no follow-up. I have reached out to the managers again and there is no response. There is a lack of urgency or follow-up to this matter and Helium Comedy Club is not giving this matter the attention I need from them.

    I bought tickets to a comedy show Feb 17th 2024 for $117.30. August 22nd I was sent an email saying that the show will be canceled and that we will get a refund in 7-10 business days. So I waited and I never saw any charge back to my credit card. So on Sept 14th, I reached out asking about why I haven't gotten my refund yet. If I didn't so, they wouldn't have cared or noticed. They replied back that because the charge was so long ago, the only way to get a refund is through a paper check. Which completely doesn't make sense because then why would they send the initial email the way they did? Saying that it would be returned on the original payment. They said it will take several weeks to resolve - but when I asked for an update I haven't gotten a response. Personally, I think it's ridiculous that they can't do a faster more immediate refund for something they canceled. Or even offer some kind of voucher for an equivalent value. I honestly don't think they'll be attempting the refund properly - if they never reached out originally about the problem, how can I assume that they'll be able to update me weeks later. I'm making this complaint because I just think it is completely ridiculous that I would have only gotten a refund if I bought the tickets closer to the date.
