    I ordered 2 butter pecan iced coffees large around 545 am on line order threw the app. I had a friend pick them up for me bc I can not drive . When my friend brought me my order it was two mocha coffees I cant drink chocolate so I tried to call the store no one ever answers there phone and this is not the first time this has happened its like the 3rd . So I contacted support threw the app service which is supposed to help if u order on line . They keep re routing my emails giving it different case number everytime we speak so now I have been told threw 2 different emails they would reimburse me the $9.96 or credit my account which they still have not done and its been two weeks so I contacted them again bc it was suposed to be done in 48 hrs this was over 6 days ago not and then they gave me a number to call to get it worked out after they already promised two times to give me my credited account had me send in my receipt and order copies so I did so then they give me the number to call so I did that and once again was told they would credit my account .... they still have not its been 4 days since that call or **** more im just getting mad at this point its ridiculous its two stupid coffees but its the fact of the matter I paid for two butter pecan coffees and never received them so now im getting mad about the run around. So I contact them again and ask then they say for me to send my phone number and email and now they just going to ask the store to deal with it after they already told me 3 times they would credit my account so all of this and I still have not heard anything still have not been credited my account and I still have not been contacted by the store or by the only e service again so now im mad they can't just steal my 10$ can they?
