      CDL debt collector constantly harassing me with threatening phone calls to me and my family over a debt from more than 15 years ago.

      I keep receiving phone messages from CDL threatening me with litigation or criminal charges for not calling them back. I do not know who this company is and have received no paperwork to document a debt.

      I am receiving multiple calls and voice messages from these people who I've never done business with. They are harassing me about someone they think is an employee of mine and placing threats to me and my company.

      We take "pride and honor" in our business.  We are a respectable business in this community. The store is here to provide a demanding needed necessary service in this community.  Our emphasis is "to resolve collection issues."  The Missouri laws have "no provision for individuals with "misleading, false criminal intentions."

      We assist in recovery of our client loss to avoid a debtor lawsuit, whereby, extra expenses:  attorney fees, interest, late fee, penalties, court cost, filing fees, etc. contacting the prosecuting attorney's office and reporting to local "credit bureau agency are other options.  This debt could add up very quickly affecting their credit.  We adhere to establish goodwill, being cordial and complying within the state compliance laws.

      Missouri laws have a very strict policy and guidelines that debtors must adhere to in order to avoid fraud/theft/corruptions with stiff penalties.

      We are an independent contractor to assist our client in their delinquencies.  The debtor complaint is under direct violation of their obligation.  Their intentions are not "credible or trustworthy."  Debtors are asked several times to comply with their obligations.  When they cannot meet their moral obligations, "debtors" seek other alternatives or seek stall tactics that are easier solutions for a way out of not paying, such as BBB, ************************** etc. in order to continue avoiding not paying their legal obligation.

      Our experience with debtor's defaults/obligations/false commitments on behalf of their agreed, broken promise payments arrangements are never fulfilled, very costly, unethical and eventually a huge loss.

      Our store has rights also but we are willing to bend and make the necessary fair and appropriate adjustments to satisfy the client and debtor in order to seek a reasonable, amicable solution.

      Solutions:  Follow protocol, file complaint with the debtor through the Missouri ***************************** (bad check division) and the local police department for their immediate assistance.  This is a federal offense.

      Not sure why they are contacting me or how they got my phone number I haven't received any paperwork they left 2 voicemails stating if I didn't call by the end of business day they will send documents to my employer and to my mailing address where I currently live at this I haven't received anything in the mail and have not called them back they have called my mother's house demanding to speak with me my mother is 71yrs old and don't understand how they trick people for personal information to try coming after someone they left reference number of ******* again I have not contact this CDL collection over the matter not sure how much I owe or who is I refuse to be garnished or taken through court I can't afford payment plans at this point and threatening to send paperwork to my employer if possible is bankruptcy a choice not sure what to do

      This horrible company has been calling my family, my phone and my work cell looking for someone that isn't me. I call them and ask them to stop calling my work phone and I'm not who they are looking for, this man tells me "enjoy the calls bitch" and then hangs up on me. I recorded all of my interactions. I then call another number and this man says my number is associated with this person. It's my work number, if WE TELL YOU NOT TO CALL OUR JOB YOU HAVE TO STOP. I also recorded the conversation with this man, who also hung up on me. I have hired a lawyer who specializes in debt collectors that are unprofessional and bullies. All of this I recorded, I have never ran into such an unprofessional debt collector in my life. They won't have jobs once my lawyer is done.
