I thought my issues was resolved but Im still being bullied and discriminated against. Today I received a call from ***** the instructor at forest park trucking school saying I will be kicked out of the program because I did not show up to class. I inform him no one contacting me with a day and time to attend class for practice before my big test on Friday 5/24 he informed me I was removed off the last and they may reschedule my test date. No one contacted me in regards to return to school Friday 5/17 none of the instructors could provide information on a day and time of when we would return. I dont understand how I received ***** call and voicemail but not **** who said he called me on 5/21. I feel like there both still upset about the first complaint I made against them and now there really lashing out against me.

Evidently the student submitted a BBB complaint prior to speaking with the program director. She has since spoken with the program director and this matter has been resolved. The student has passed all of her exams and is scheduled to take her state test on June 14, 2024 at 7:00 a.m.

    Business Response

I responded to this complaint several weeks ago stating that the College requires a FERPA waiver to provide student record information in response to this complaint.  I asked that a waiver be obtained from the student complainant, signed and returned to me.  I cannot release student educational information without this waiver.  I do not see any information in this portal related to my previous response.  Perhaps it was lost when you transferred to this new portal.  Please let me know if you need a new form or if you have the release form I previously attached.
