I have been seeing Dr. ******* ******* for some time now. I did I MRI on May 17, 2025 and was scheduled for a follow up in the first part of June. I got a call from his office rescheduling for July 15, 2025. On yesterday June 16, 2025 I got another call rescheduling me again for later in the year. I am very frustrated with my care plan and i am in constant pain. Based on my knowledge most MRI's are for three months. By the time my next appointment I am concerned that I will have to do another MRI. This has been costly for me paying and I feel like I am going in circles. I do not see results.

I was paying monthly on a large balance I owed Washington
University Physicians. At one time I made a payment of over $1,000 (FSA)
and continued to make monthly payments. They turned our account over to
collections! I called and was told that I no longer had the option of
making a payment arrangement with them, which I was told is an agreement
to pay a certain amount each month based on the balance due. ****** at
the Billing Department said "you can tell us what you can afford, but it
will be based on the balance due." I asked if I could set up a payment
agreement with Washington University Physicians and ****** said that
since it went to collection I could no longer work with Washington
University Physicians but instead would have to set up a payment plan
with the collection agency. I ended up using the last of my FSA to pay
the bill. ****** didn't try to help me at all. Didn't offer to intervene
with the collection agency other than to say they call them on Fridays
and they would tell them I paid the balance in full. I asked for a
letter and she said they don't send patients letters. BUT they send them
statements and if you don't read that you have to set up a payment plan
with them they SEND IT TO COLLECTIONS!

Hello,The account has been reviewed and sorry for you dissatisfaction, however if you are needing to make payments we are happy to set up a payment arrangement. We had contacted the patient and let him know of this and our statements to state this. We also sent 2 statements letting you know the account will go to a collection agency if not payment and we did not receive any response or call until after the due date on the statement. This is unfortunate but we would not know your intentions unless we are notified.

You say "we are happy to set up a payment arrangement." As I stated in my original review, I was not given that option through Washington University when I called. ****** in the ****************** said since it went to collection I could only do that with the collection agency. I was making monthly payments so Washington University should have never sent it to collection. Someone should have called me first. I asked for a detailed invoice for services provided and will look for charges made in error, duplicate charges, etc. Even though you say it is basically my fault that it went to collection I will no longer trust Washington University.
