    The attached images are related to all pertinent purchases for the purpose of this complaint. The only item I have received is the item that is 3.99 and any associated shipping costs with that single comic book, so that will not be necessary to refund, as I actually have it.However, this business has had a ***** refusal to follow up on any communications and they do not honor their own release dates. I have found after doing deeper research that they have a trend of not utilizing their own communication channels to assist customers and have a history of not fulfilling online purchases for one reason or another. I am no longer desperate to wait for my items and wish for a refund, as they do not seem to wish to send me these items anyways long after I have already paid for them.

    I purchased an item on this website and they said they shipped it but *** says they did not. I have spoken to them and they refuse to refund me for the item.
