Claim Academy made many commitments and claims that were either not completely delivered or not delivered at all. These commitments were made prior to, and after I had paid the course down payment and signed the LIEF agreement (Income Sharing Agreement).

The course would be delivered in person. Course was delivered completely online. I only found out it would be online during our first week (orientation)
The course Would be from 10 AM to 7 PM daily, in reality it was from 1 PM to 7 PM.
Students would be assigned collaborative group projects to help replicate and prepare them for a workplace environment, this was never done.
2-3 weeks of dedicated time with a career counselor would be provided prior to the course completion, including but not limited to career counseling, resume workshop, mock interviews, customer service skills. These services were not not delivered.
2 Weeks of python scripting and overview, this was never done.
Entire structure of course drastically and abruptly changed several weeks into the course’s run and was not delivered as promised. After the instructor left due to internal conflicts, Claim Academy abandoned their promised syllabus and instead provided a rushed, poor stand-in curriculum to ensure the course would finish during their projected timeframe, much to the detriment of their students. The course was not delivered as promised in the syllabus provided by claim academy.
During the final exam of the course Claim Academy allowed students to take the exam as many times as possible to receive a higher score outside of class after multiple students failed the exam and did not meet the 70% requirement of passing claim academy's “final exam” and not enough to pass comptia’s minimum of 78% for the security plus exam.

My statement exceeds the character limit requirement so I will be attaching PDF document below that list's the entirety of my complaints, along with other relevant documents and information for reference.
