****** was recommended to me by a friend and he did not disappoint! The balcony over my garage was developing severe wood rot. Other businesses were either going to charge an excessive amount to replace just the railing OR refused to do any work to repair any possible water damage. ****** developed a plan where he would repair the damage without full replacement...saving me an enormous amount of money. He also spent considering time not only replacing the wood but developing a plan where wood rot will not occur in the future...all of this he did for exactly his quoted price which was the most competitive of any of the contractors I worked with. He is extremely friendly, shows up on time and cleans up the area at the end of every day. I WILL use ****** again in the future and I encourage you to do the same.
