      Would never recommend Lindbergh Properties to anyone and would tell them to steer clear. Wish I wouldve done a little more research before going with them. The houses are slapped together with no pride in workmanship. The communication process on how to address concerns was never very clear. Then was told to use the 2-10 warranty program that they work with to take care of any issues. That was no help either as its near impossible to get them to come out and address any issues let alone fix them. Then Lindbergh just checked all the boxes saying repairs were complete when they werent. The first ************** we dealt with tried to pay us to write a good review obviously that wasnt going to happen, current crew doesnt care to address or show up. The subs they use arent the greatest either as neighbors had many issues with them including them yelling at my pregnant girlfriend for parking in front of our house calling us trash and even later pulling a gun out. Do yourself a favor and save a bunch of headaches and go with a different builder.
