      I had 2 white Rodgers emerson branded sensi thermostats which I became aware of a recall in early 2023. I performed the recommended actions on the website. I noticed after the corrections that my batteries would drain leading to the wifi functionality not working. I found that this was an issue due to the recall and notified their help desk which was helpful and said I would recieve 2 new thermostats. After waiting 5 weeks I called back and they apologized that it wasn't entered correctly and that only one would be sent as one qualified. While waiting I purchased one new senai branded thermostat for $170 [sensi touch 2] and waited for the recalled replacement for my other. I wanted to stay on the same app for similar usage. I waited over a month and called back. They apologized and said they weren't sure what happened but they would upgrade to management. Another month I called again and asked that I be notified when it was shipped or an update. It has been another month. I have spent at least 3 hours dealing with this without resolution and feel like the promises made on the recall are a scam. In hindsight I would have not bought the new one and switched brands.
