    I went to get gas yesterday (11/26/23) and was trying to pay at the pump. There was an issue every time I tried to run my card. I had tried 3 separate times each time it gave a message on the screen saying thank you come again. I went inside to try and pay and couldnt. I pulled up my mobile banking to see that an hold had been placed on my account Even though there were funds available. Because it placed a hold I couldnt get gas and the things that I needed the gas station attendant was only able to provide me with one receipt and told me that my funds would be released within the next couple hours. Its been over ***************************************************************************** the things that I need, when I called my bank, they said that they are unable to do anything. I called the gas station and they told me that they cant do anything. My phone should have already been released.

    Customer used the pumps outside and used her credit card to purchase gas. ******* 66 or the customers bank put a hold on the account until the transaction is cleared. I do not have control over the money being withheld.
