    I requested credit repair services from Legend Credit Repair on March 20, 2025. Coach Legend aka ***** *****, whom I had followed on Instagram for several years, seemed to be reputable due to his 2 million followers and his claims to having been interviewed on several news channels. During my brief phone consult with him, he explained that he would be able to resolve my late payments by removing the credit cards from my credit report altogether, stating that most people arent aware of their right not to have certain information listed on their credit reports. I agreed to move forward with his services, and signed his contract with the following payment agreement included: 1. $199.00 After initial document processing has been completed. 2. $97.00 At the start of each new month of service for document processing after it has been completed. A few weeks later, I noticed that he had not performed any work AND he charged $1501 to my debit card. I delivered a Formal Breach of Contract letter to Coach Legend via Text message and Email on April 14, 2025. He received the notice and refused to refund me, stating that I had agreed to the charge. He then disputed all but 3 of my credit card accounts with the **** as being opened fraudulently (which is a federal offense as none of them were fraudulently opened), and is now ignoring all of my text messages. Upon further research, there are multiple complaints filed with The BBB against Legend Credit repair for theft and fraud.

    Scammed me for $850 on cashapp and $80 on an app he has you download and no progress has been made on my credit score. I have had nothing but excuses from him and he ignores you when you try to get in touch with him for a update and has a attitude when you call and repeatedly promises me I will see progress and nothing changes and I tried to cancel services and he refused promising me once again to see progress right away in my credit score he is scamming multiple people and I got skeptical and told him about the BBB and said he just got off the phone with them and they are closed at 8:30 pm?

    This business called Legend Credit Repair is a SCAM. He has a whole Instagram page that advertises to repair your credit within ***** days or a money back guarantee. I started working with him in January of 2024, unfortunately it took me a little longer because at the moment I am unemployed. For this little scam I was charged $600 plus $29.95 for Smart Credit which is supposed to monitor your credit. I paid $400 plus the $29.95 for 4 months with no change to my credit. I contacted Mr. ******************** about the problem and he said he would contact me once he arrived to the office and would look at my file and get in touch with me to no avail. I have reached out with no response so that is when I told him that our business is done and I did not pay him anymore and I cancelled Smart Credit. I still have yet to hear anything from this man or his scam business after I requested my $400 refunded. I thought this repair would be better for my credit than bankruptcy which by the way I actually couldn't afford either but I was planning for my future and thought that this was a reputable business that would help me.

    Entered into business services for credit repair Paid approximately. $2,000 Coach Legend advised to repair credit and provide services. Coach Legend did not perform tasks to provide removals etc - Legend had many excuses. Actually, talked as if I was complete idiot. Smart Credit 6 months @ $29.95 ea Credit Hero 5 months @ $20.00 ea Legend Credit Repair $2000 approximate 53 initial accounts, 13 removed with my assistance, 42 to be completed. and never completed. Scores did not change as advised, hence, i have had to work my own credit file. I spoke to Coach Legend; I emailed Coach Legend my concerns and disappointment and the return of my monied. All to no response. Crickets!I want my monies back. I understand every file is different, this situation was a complete fail. Monies paid for multiple requirements to work my own file. I even referred someone who is no longer talking to me due to his company doing the same thing to him.

    In March 2023, Coach Legend advertised his Credit Repair Business on Instagram. I had never went through any process such as this. I felt him posting information on ************* it was a legit process. I paid $600 and $30 a month for so called updates to my Repair. In May of 2023, I realized there were no improvements. I started emailing, texting, and calling. No answer. Finally a guy reached out to me in September 2023 to inform me he longer work for Coach Legend and he didn't know who was working my credit. After I went on Instagram to confront Coach Legend, he contacted me. He lied saying, my credit repair was being worked on in October 2023. I informed him, my credit score was the exact same from January 2023. He told me, let him review my information, and he'll contact me back shortly. No response, call, emails, no nothing. Fast forward to December 2023. I'm still requesting updates and I requested a refund. He called me again, Apologized, and stated he was looking into my repair services. Since December 2023 I've sent numerous emails, texts, and messages. Now, we're in March of 2024. An entire year later, no improvements, no communication, he's blocked me on Instagram, blocked my number, and blocked me to avoid communication on the portal he signed me up for in the beginning to monitor my updates. He guaranteed his services would work. I've realized I've been scammed. I'm only requesting my $600 back to my cash app $CreReid. He failed to meet his obligations of repairing my credit. He did not communicate with me after receiving my money which angers and frustrates me. He's a Scam and I hope my complaint lies in the right representatives hands that will help me resolve my issues. This man needs to be stopped!

    1. Initiated Business to Consumer transaction on/or around 01/2023- to date. 2. I have paid the business $900 USD(in intervals, $300 down payment before initiating credit restoration services)3. The business promised to remove negative items from credit report within 90 days or 100% money back guarantee. 4. The nature of this dispute is to initiate a refund for the services and promises that has not been fulfilled. 5. The business has not attempted to solve the issues. When addressing and communicating with "Coach Legend", he had many excuses why he didn't fulfill his obligation. Furthermore, he promised, again, if he cannot fulfill his promise that he will refund me the $900 that I have paid him thus far. He has since stopped responding to my messages. 5. The promise was listed on instagram, on the website, and within text messages.Additionally, there has been communication between the service provider and I, through text messaging. The Credit Repair Organizations Act states No credit repair organization may charge or receive any money or other valuable consideration for the performance of any service which the credit repair organization has agreed to perform for any consumer before such service is fully performed. Under the **** and ** Consumer Fraud Act, this servicer violated these acts.
