  Very easy to work with gave me an estimate on when the deck would be built and was right on point. Amazing, hardworking, friendly crew. these guys came out and built a beautiful deck. Called to check on everything more than once which in these days means a lot. Very professional will definitely be using them again. Thank you!

  Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors did a phenomenal job on our roof. We have an older house that had three layers of shingles and no roof venting. We had storm damage that had a ton of shingles flying off the roof and when we gave **** **** a call he promptly came over, assessed the damage and worked alongside our insurance to get exactly what we needed/wanted done to our roof, done. His crew that installed the roof worked tirelessly to get the roof done in a timely manner, they worked from 6am to almost 7:30pm the first day only stopping once for a break. They finished up the next day and it truly looks so much better than we could have expected. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs exterior repair!

  Recently had a roof, composite deck & enclosed screened porch installed by Intelligent. Very satisfied with the finished projects. Professional, attentive to detail, great communication, courteous & friendly employees & great price. Many compliments from my neighbors. I would recommend using Intelligent for your exterior needs.

  Installed a deck which looks great. Thats where the good ends. They broke my gate and did a ***** **** fix which literally fell off the next day. I reported it to them. I also needed my porch pillars replaced, they promised it would get done, 3 months later no dice. They promised the gate would be fixed properly, no dice. I paid them cash, they got my money so no return call. Big shock. I liked dealing with them vocally, as they are really friendly people. The price was cheaper than most contractors, you get what you pay for.

  This project turned out very nice. Homeowner contracted with us to install new deck per code and he was very happy with the deck. He asked if we could replace porch columns and we said we couldt but we never gave him a price and never contracted for porch columns. Unsure why he said we promised it would get done because had it been contracted for we would have completed that for him too. After the project I had my installer go out and meet customer when he did the gate repair, there are no notes anywhere that he wasnt happy after installer left had there been we would have happily gone back out for him. As customer mentioned he liked everyone he dealt with, he received a wonderful price and he loves the deck we were contracted to build for him. Sounds like a five start review to us.

  Intelligent was a delight to work with. They communicated with us several times before and during our project. The crew was exceptional.they were so polite and professional. They answered any questions and paid very close attention to detail.

  We had our aging cedar deck replaced with beautiful composite with aluminum railing and posts. WOW, what a difference. Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors hit every **** on my expectations list. Communication and timeliness were at the top. I was well informed of the project from planning to completion. The crew that built my deck were awesome!! Top Notch

  Intelligent Roofing and Exteriors constructed a composite deck in early October for me. Great overall experience from beginning to completion. Open and honest communication throughout the process. Competitive and fair pricing and the construction crew was professional and took pride in their work. My neighbors have complimented me on how good the deck looks. Would recommend them to family and friends in need of a deck.

  Intelligent Roofing and Exterior constructed a composite deck on September 9, 2024. The experience was not positive or professional and the workmanship was below average. They substituted a different board that wasnt agreed upon. Their response was to rely on the warranty of the manufacturer. My only recourse is giving a negative review as a warning to future customers.****** A

  Intelligent built a new deck, put on a new roof, and installed new siding on my house after the hail storm. Great customer service by **** and ****. They were the point for our insurance claim and even trained our claims adjuster on how to do his job!! Great job on our deck and was able to complete on time and budget. Roof and siding was a little tougher with all of the crews doing jobs in OFallon because of the hail, but **** and **** kept us informed all the way through. Job site was cleaned up after they were done and follow up calls were received from **** to ensure we were happy.

  We recently had a 500+ sq ft deck installed by Intelligent Roofing & Exteriors. From the initial sales consultation to the finished product everything was great. The crew did excellent and very detailed work and it looks wonderful. The owner even dropped by several times to check on things. After it was finished, he brought a drone out and took some aerial photos. During the two week construction, if I had any questions or concerns it was easy to reach someone at the company. We love our new deck and a big thank you to Intelligent Roofing & Exteriors for something we will be proud of for many years to come.
