    Show Me Home Delivery is very unprofessional delivery service I am currently exploring legal options concerning privacy invasion. We had purchased a mattress through a local company that uses this company to deliver their products. We had paid for the white glove service which includes set up of the product and had also paid for an additional fee for removal of our current mattress. A delivery window was set from 10am-12noon and I had inquired the day before if any preparation was needed for removal of the existing mattress. The mattress was 12 years and I was very upfront that we have kids, pets and that the mattress was just plain old and dirty. I said would be more than happy to put a sheet over it or try to locate a plastic bag. The delivery coordinator insured me this wouldnt be an issue at all and that the delivery guys had a bag and would dispose of the mattress. On the day of the delivery, my wife took off from work and I called to see if they had an idea of when the delivery would arrive as she wanted to run some errands close to home. The dispatcher relayed that it didnt even look like they had even started their deliveries (it was already after 10am), but that they would call when they were on their way. I never received a call and luckily my wife was still there even though it was already after noon when they arrived. The delivery guys first went to our upstairs bedroom to look at the old mattress and then delivered the new mattress and set it up against a wall. At this point, they went downstairs and told my wife they couldnt remove our current mattress. My wife was dumbfounded that they clearly saw the old mattress, said nothing and set the new mattress down where she wasnt able to move it. She questioned them why they didnt say there would be an issue with our current mattress prior to unloading the new mattress and asked if they were concerned we wouldnt authorize unloading the new mattress
