On February 4, 2025, I had a consultation at Forefront Dermatology with Dr. ********* ******. I paid $150 upfront. After the visit, I received an additional charge of $74.48, which I was never informed of, did not consent to, and did not sign any agreement for. When I questioned the charge, I was first told it was for writing a refill prescription, which was part of the visit. Later, I was told the charge was due to tiers of service and that I had reached some undisclosed threshold despite the fact that no additional procedures or services were performed during my appointment.I disputed the charge three times. When I informed the office I would file a complaint with the BBB, they terminated me as a ********** father paid the $74.48 on my behalf, hoping to resolve the matter in good faith. Instead of acting professionally, Forefront sent him a threatening letter, falsely accusing him of using inappropriate language (which he did not) and threatened to terminate him as a patient as well. This is not just unprofessional it feels retaliatory, unethical, and possibly unlawful. We have filed a complaint with the ***********************I am requesting:That Forefront refund my father the $74.48 charged under false pretenses. That they be investigated and held accountable for their retaliatory actions.

I paid them a copay in cash total $40 in January a they said that I owe another copay because they said I didn&#**;t pay my copay so I paid it with my Mastercard. They are doing this to a lot of older people. This is ridiculous. I would like a refund of my money.

In 6/2022, my husband had an appointment. I called their office and cancelled his office. They keep sending us a bill for a no-show appointment. I contacted them because I definitely cancelled the appointment. Now they are threatening to send this to collections. I shouldn't have to pay this bill.
