On May 24, 2024, I paid ******* ********* of 3D Scan STL, LLC a total of $1123.59 to 3D print ceiling tiles for a building I am renovating. Since that time I have made multiple attempts; ***** emails and ***** text messages asking for status updates, when I can pick up my product, etc. Every interaction has included an excuse as to why he doesn't have my product ready. Excuses include email server being down, purchasing a larger printer, unable to set printer up correctly, struggling with printer support, etc. In December my daughter called Mr. ********* and advised him we wanted our product ASAP. He advised within two weeks the product would be ready. She calls 3-4 weeks later and he has another excuse and asks for two more weeks. She made two additional phone calls attempting to obtain the product. On March 25, 2025 my son went to his business location listed on our invoice (***********) and it is vacant. A neighboring tenant stated there has not been anyone in that specific unit for quite some time. I made payment to 3D Scan STL, LLC in the form of two checks: one dated 05/24/2024 in the amount of $871.25 and the other dated 05/24/2024 in the amount of $252.34. I have paid invoices for both checks. At this point I have zero confidence this business can produce the product they promised and would like a full refund.
