    Came out and quickly handled our sewage backup in the basement.

    These guys are a joke! They could not figure out what was causing a simple toilet clog. ***** initially came out to snake the line. After snaking the line he could tell it was not completely fixed because the water still went down slow. However he said it was under warranty and they could come back out the next day if it completely clogged again. Well of course the next day it was clogged. I reached out via text and ***** replied. He said they would come back out and this time they would remove the toilet and snake the trap underneath. This did not work either. They wanted to come out again on day 3 and put a camera on the roof. Im not sure what this would have accomplished but my Landlord said NO! She contacted real plumbers who came out and had the problem resolved in no time. It was toilet tissue underneath the toilet that was causing the clog. And these imbeciles couldnt figure that out. They are a complete scam that will try to charge you for each visit knowing the problem isnt fixed. DO NOT use this company. Youve been warned***
