  The owner is a scam artist and took $1500 of mine and gave me falsified results Said that she can do a non invasive parental dna test on twins I asked her if she is sure about this cause I didn't think it could be done. She said yes she is sure. Then later called me back and said they can only determine *************** but not both So we went ahead and got the test done The first time I came in she tried to draw my blood and only got half a tube filled after jabbing me multiple time with the needle trying to chase a vein Said that that one tube would be enough even though she needed two She finished up and said that we should get the results back in 3 business days and that the dna people would be contacting us. Test was done on a Thursday and she called me back on Monday and said fed ex broke the tube and it got all over everything and that we had to come back up there to redo the test I told her I was available to come in Wednesday around 5:30 Wednesday came I called her to let her know we was on our way and she said she wasn't going to be back until after 6:45. I said ok we will wait We waited and until then she arrived we redid the test this time she got two tubes and put it in a secure package Once again she said she is sending off that day and results would be in after 3 business days Monday rolls around she sent a text saying see attached photo There was no attached photo I texted back said I didn't receive a photo No text back so the next day I called and told her I didn't receive a photo She said all it was was a statement saying it takes up to 7 business days to process now So we didn't get out results until Wednesday and when we did get the results they looked faked and suspicious So I went ahead and called DDC and ****** DDC said they can not preform such test when it comes to twins and that they couldn't find my case # that was provided on the form ****** said they do not do dna testing anymore and that the result that I received seemed suspicious also

  Next Level Medical Testing is an accredited business. Both parties signed a consent form before receiving services & received a receipt indicating no refunds for the services rendered. DDC is an accredited lab for DNA testing, ****** is not wh tested the sample, unsure where that name came from. Multiple sticks were not done on the client. Also when the client contacted our office to say that they were about 10 min away, we were offset at another appointment. No appointment was made to come back for the test that had to be re-done due to being damaged by Fed-Ex. Both clients were advised the testing was not guaranteed & were offered a refund before the testing was done & they both indicated they wanted to still ***************** with cell phones & no picture being received I have no control over. Not being happy with the results doesn't constitute for providing a negative review. Here we strive to have every customer experience be a great one. Thanks
